To help you get started, we've mapped out the onboarding process that our team will take you through over the coming days. Step 1

Getting Set-Up with our Team

To make sure that your account is set up correctly, our Team will need a few details:


  • Accounts Payable Contact:
    We will require your accounts payable contact information.


  • Preferred Payment Terms:
    If you have any preferred payment terms or requests, please make us aware as soon as possible and we shall do our best to accommodate.


  • A Copy of Your W9:
    While we can set up your account without this document, it is nice to have to speed up the process as it allows us to verify your address.


  • Your Tax Exemption Status (If Applicable):
    This will help our team to ensure that you are billed correctly.

Step 2

Order Processing and Fulfilment

To allow us to process your order properly, there are a few things that our team will require from you:


  • End-User Order Form:
    If you are purchasing Dassault Systèmes software, we will require a signed End-User Order Form.


  • Purchase Order (PO) Number:
    A Purchase Order Number will be requested to enable us to process your purchase.


  • Additional Details:
    • Contact information for software download link (first name, last name and email address) – only one contact supported to receive the email delivery.
    • Contact information for licensing (first name, last name and email address) – multiple contacts may be provided to receive the email delivery.
    • Software Version Release – We will default to the highest release available unless otherwise specified.
    • Computer ID - The on-premise license key file requires a unique computer ID. Your account manager or technical team member will discuss supported licensing options with you. See Step 3 for more information.


Step 3

Accessing your Software

Once your order has been successfully processed by our team, we will contact Dassault Systèmes on your behalf to obtain a license key.

The TriMech Group can support you with the full suite of Dassault Systèmes software, including; SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, BIOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, and NETVIBES.
