What is the course
Course Overview
The CATIA V5 Interrogators training course will first explain how to use the CATIA V5 workbenches. It will then teach you how to review an existing part by verifying its properties, coordinates and measurements. You will also learn how to add annotations to the parts.
The course is not intended to teach the creation of CATIA parts, drawings and assemblies and is purely for the extraction of engineering information.

Lesson 1: Introduction to CATIA
- In this lesson, you will learn how to use CATIA and its key features.
Lesson 2: Managing the Material Properties
- In this lesson, you will learn how to open models, apply materials, check properties and save and close the models.
Lesson 3: Reviewing and Annotating the Part
- In this lesson, you will learn how to measure and annotate the parts.
Lesson 4: Introduction to Assemblies
- In this lesson, you will learn about data management and assembly design.
Lesson 5: Assembly Analysis and Sections
- In this lesson, you will learn how to analyse the assembly, create scenes and create annotations.
