The DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE Operations Experience Supervisor (OES) Role provides Operations Supervisors a virtual twin of their operating environment on the cloud to monitor complex operations across the value chain in real time, respond to disruptions by making intelligent decisions, and improve performance by analyzing issues and determining the root cause.
Users are able to configure their virtual twin by selecting elements for the environment, monitor execution and compliance of operations by comparing planned vs realized data in real time:
- Visualize 4D production build-up using data from 3DEXPERIENCE
- Monitor asset data from a variety of data sources – 3DEXPERIENCE platform, data historian, IIOT platform

Custom monitoring environment
Configure the virtual twin using data from design (CAD) or from the real world (point cloud) from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Use both CAD and point cloud together to build the virtual twin.
Intelligent operations monitoring
Monitor work order schedules and contextualize the assets related to operations. OES provides two views: Work Order view (via Work Order Gantt chart) and Asset view (via Asset Gantt chart). Users are able to oversee progress of operations for each Work Order and operations executed on each asset. Users can configure BI rules to add visual cues based on the operations property (e.g. planned start/end date vs realized start/end date). OES provides 3D build up animation utilizing process steps and items are defined in the PPR model.
Replay the evolution of assets and products over time based on operations execution. OES provides ability to animate the 3D build-up of products related to the operation steps. Within the 3D build-up, OES integrates BI rules to identify compliance issues based on realized data (retrieved from external systems such as MOM/MES). Users can also animate the future execution (build-up) of operations based on planned data (usually fetched from planning/scheduling systems)
Collaboration via issue creation
Provides collaboration with broader groups by allowing users to manage 3DEXPERIENCE platform issues. Users can manage issues, provide a 3D point of interest (associated asset) related to the issue, and visualize issues within the time manager for convenient access.
