Order Processing and Fulfilment


To allow us to process your order properly, there are a few things that our finance team will require from you:


  • End-User Order Form:
    If you are purchasing Dassault Systèmes software, we will require a signed End-User Order Form.


  • Purchase Order (PO) Number:
    A Purchase Order Number will be requested to enable us to process your purchase.


  • Additional Details:
    Our Finance Team may contact you to discuss additional details such as Tax Exemption, and payment terms.



Step 3

Accessing your Software and Getting Support


For Software 

Once your order has been successfully processed by our finance and administration teams, we will contact Dassault Systèmes on your behalf to obtain a license key.


For Services

Following successful processing, a Technical Account Manager will be in touch to discuss timelines


Getting Support

Once you're up and running with your software/service, our team will allocate a dedicated Customer Success Manager to you. This person will be your point of contact for any additional requirements you may have.
